The National Association for Catering and Events - Southern Wisconsin Chapter and the Milwaukee Brewers invite you to join us on Tuesday, October 18th at Miller Park!



Our speaker for the evening, Colleen Dillner, Talent & Engagement Senior Manager North America for ManpowerGroup, will be discussing talent retention and engagement within our industry, a topic not to be missed! 

Also, our friends at The Milwaukee Brewers have offered to take us on behind the scenes tours of Miller Park!

 

Our Speaker:  Colleen Dillner, Talent & Engagement Senior Manager

In her role as Talent & Engagement Senior Manager, Colleen leads the design of Talent Management and Learning and Development People Practices and Organizational Development efforts for ManpowerGroup North America.  She also oversees Internal Communications.

Colleen’s approach is shaped by her experience consulting with external clients across industries and with internal teams globally and locally.   In her current and previous roles in Rights Management, Global and North America Human Resources at ManpowerGroup, Colleen successfully partners with Leadership and Human Resource teams to enable performance and drive business results, with a depth of experience and knowledge in talent acquisition, engagement and retention, leadership development, training, succession planning, performance management,  branding and internal communications.  Recognized as a subject matter expert, Colleen is asked to speak at conferences and summits as well as facilitate team meetings to help people leaders build awareness and capabilities in these areas.

As someone who benefited from early mentoring relationships herself, Colleen is passionate about supporting others in their development and career journey, serving as a manager, coach and mentor inside and outside the organization. 

Colleen holds an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a B.A. in Psychology and Communication Management from the University of Dayton.  Colleen resides in the Milwaukee area with her family.

Our Host:  The Brewers Special Events Department at Miller Park

The Brewers Special Events department is responsible for utilizing Miller Park for non-baseball events. One of the Midwest’s most unique venues, Miller Park offers a variety of facilities year-round, with settings that are sure to make any special event a HOME RUN. Perfectly situated and centrally located just minutes from Downtown Milwaukee, General Mitchell International Airport and the surrounding suburbs, Miller Park provides year-round accommodations for both business functions and social events

530pm-630pm – Registration, Networking, Appetizers, and Tours (Gehl Club)

630pm – 830pm – Program and Dinner (SKYY Lounge)

Duck pastrami on rye with cherry mustard and brined coriander

Whitefish pate with pickled red onion and beet greens

Cheddar bratwurst en croute with onion jam

Mini Polish sausage Bahn Mi

Display of house-made and local charcuterie, pickles and preserves

Beer and Cheese pairing cart

Entrée:

Beer cheese soup with kettle corn
Sous vide tri-tip with parsnip puree and burnt broccoli
Assorted dessert display

 

Parking/Entrance Information:

 

      Follow the road, Selig Drive, around toward the east, left-field side of the stadium; the road will curve back toward the stadium; the Brewers 2 lot will be to the right.

      Non-Game Day Parking in the Brewers 2 parking lot is complimentary.

      Enter the stadium through the Clock Tower entrance.

      When facing the stadium from the parking lot, the doors will be on the right, at the base of the Clock Tower.
      Directions to the PNC Club Level, SKYY Lounge, Suites, Clubhouse or Field will be posted
